International TOS Software Catalog `96

As Atari have not updated this terribly useful resource since 1992, I thought, with enormous hubris, I would do it myself. Actually, doing it on a Website will allow for much input, hopefully resulting in a rather complete and accurate listing of what software is available for TOS and TOS emulators (MagiC [or MagiC/Mac], MiNT/MultiTOS [or MiNT/XaAES or MiNT/oAESis], etc.).
